Hi! My name is Peter and you have reached my Author Website.
A few years ago now, I decided to fulfill an ambition and try my hand as an author. I’ve written a novel called Aeron, some poems and a short story. The e-book is available from Amazon. Select the link below depending on what country you live in.
Or simply go to your kindle store and search for Aeron.
- I’ve been on the Board of a publishing company and been the Chair of the Board
- I’ve been a teacher all my life
- I’ve written over 100 scientific research papers and reviews
- I’ve been a doctor, a sure way to learn about people
- I’ve travelled extensively
- I have a very vivid imagination
- And I read
My Author Website
Here you can find simple links to all of my stories and all of my Poems. I also write a blog from time to time.
Feel free to add a comment or to tell your friends on Twitter, Facebook or Google+ about anything you enjoy here by clicking the Share button at the bottom of every article.
You can also subscribe by clicking on the box in the sidebar (lower down if you are reading this on a smart phone).
I started writing Aeron in November 2012. It took less than 6 months to write, but more than a year to edit and look for a publisher. In the end I decided to self publish and it is now available through your Kindle store.
Be warned. People who have starting reading Aeron have found it very difficult to put down. The plot is fast moving and you just want to click on the next page to see what is going to happen next.
Hobbies and life in general
When I’m not writing, I ride a bike, trot rather than run, play bridge, enjoy gardening and enjoy spending time with my wife and our larger family. From time to time I sit on a tractor on a 23 acre holiday block we have on Western Australia’s rugged south coast.
So what do you get by buying Aeron or visiting my website?
The book’s a good read. You won’t be able to guess the ending. And some people have read it more than once and still find it captivating. You can get your copy here:
The poetry is, well poetry. You will either like or you won’t, but you will find it challenging.
My short stories normally try to amaze a point as well as be interesting to read. The style varies and does the length of the story. Some are experimental. All, I hope are enjoyable and will make you reflect.
A website is not a website without comments. Feel free to say what you like, within reason at least. Your email address is secure and will not be used for any other purpose. Foul language and abusive comments will be deleted.
Much of what I write is social fiction, a branch of fiction that explores society and societal values. But it is still fiction. All characters are fictitious and any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
